Hello, welcome to our class page! It's going to be a packed year full of fun-filled, challenging lessons and activities!

Miss Bolton

I have been a staff member at Longmoor since September 2017 and have worked with Years 2 to 5 so I'm really looking forward to getting settled into teaching the Year 3 curriculum this year.

Aside from my love of teaching, I love to spend my time with family and friends. I enjoy trips to the park and muddy walks in the countryside with my two little boys. Also, there is nothing better than going for a nice cream tea after all that fresh air and running around!

Welcome back!

I hope you all had a lovely half term holiday and are feeling refreshed ready for lots of new learning!

This half term we will be continue with our exhilarating science topic on: what do rocks tell us about the way earth was formed? Our geography topic focuses on: why do so many people go to the Mediterranean for their holidays?

WHISPER - Anonymous Reporting Tool

Sometimes it is really hard to tell an adult if you feel like you are being bullied. That is why we have subscribed to WHISPER. It is an anonymous reporting tool which allows you or your child to report any incidents of bullying and cyber bullying in confidence.

Click on the web link below to fill in a report. It will then be emailed to Miss Hughes (Online Safety Coordinator). Messages are checked as often as possible. In order to resolve issues effectively and promptly, please include your name. This will be kept in the strictest of confidence.

If you have any concerns or worries about your child regarding online safety and would like further advice, please contact Miss Hughes or Mr Lyons, the school's online safety co-ordinators or speak to Mrs Dainty, Headteacher.
