Hello and welcome to our Nursery class page!

Every class in school is named after an endangered animal and we are the Penguin Class.

Our class teacher is Mrs Taylor.

This half-term, we will be doing an author study. Our topic question will be ‘Who is Julia Donaldson?’

We will also be learning all about the world around us and how we care for animals and plants. We have some very exciting opportunities planned, including hatching ducklings and growing vegetables.

Important Dates 

23rd Feb – School Reopens.

3rd March – World Wildlife Day. Visit from Bailey (school guinea pig) + walk to the school pond.

5th March – World Book Day

9th – 19th March. Ducklings

15th March – Mother’s Day

19th March – Science Day. We will be plan.ting carrots/ flowers. 

20th March – French Language Day

W.C 23rd March – Easter Wow Day (R.E). Bonnet parade, egg hunt and baking experience (nest cakes).

24th / 26th March – Parents Evening

27th March - Inset Day. School closed to children.
