Westpark Swimming Gala
Westpark Swimming Gala.
Mrs Menzies and Mr Bunhejee had the pleasure of taking a group of eight year 4, 5 and 6 boys and girls to the swimming gala on Wednesday 25th March at West Park Leisure Centre. They were all super competitive but also showed great team spirit and fair play.
The boys were Lewis and Taylor from year 6 and Judah and Max from year 5. The girls were represented by Liberty and Kate in year 6, Jasmine from year 5 and Holly in year 4.
The team swam very well and finished 4th out of 6 schools. A superb effort.
A particular mention must go to Liberty who finished 2nd in the 25 metre butterfly race, Kate who was 3rd in the 25 metre backstroke and Jasmine who came 3rd in the 25 metre breast stroke.
Well done to the whole team, we were proud of you all.
