Hello and welcome to our Reception class page! We are looking forward to playing, teaching and learning with the children this year. We know we will have lots of fun! Reception have fun-filled topics planned, including their exploring their own family and home experiences, different celebrations, seasonal changes and much more! These will include lots of WOW experiences to enrich the learning.

Our Spring 1 topic is 'Who is a Superhero and why?'

We will be learning all about superheroes and the skills that they might need. Also, we will be learning about real-life superheroes in our community, such as doctors, nurses, police officers, teachers...etc.  We will be celebrating Lunar New Year, Children's Mental Health week, and World Religion Day.

W/C - 9th Feb-Children's Mental Health Week

9th Feb – Lunar New Year's Day

13th Feb – Valentine's Day celebrations
