All children have the right to be kept safe, have a home with everything they need, food and clothes. All children have a right to be safe and happy. Sadly, some children don't always have this, and can be treated in a way that is unacceptable. Our job in school is to keep you safe and this is something we take very seriously. If you ever feel frightened, hurt, scared or worried you must talk to an adult straight away. We will listen to you and make sure that we help you to feel happy again.
We have created a special poster to help you if you want to know who to talk to and what might happen. All adults in school will listen but they will have to tell Mrs Dainty, Mr Green or Mrs Bellingham what you said to make sure school can get you the help you need.
