My name is Mrs Howell and I am so excited to be teaching year 3 this year! We have lots of fun in Year 3 but get yourselves ready for lots of hard work too!
I have been teaching here at Longmoor for over 6 years and I have taught various year groups, but year 3 is the year group I have taught the most! My favourite subjects to teach are Literacy, Art and French.
In my spare time I like to have fun with my three children, go on long walks and pop into the coffee shop! My favourite colour is yellow, my favourite animals are otters and I love chocolate!
Mr Green
My name is Mr Green and I have been teaching at Longmoor for 7 years so next year will be my 8th! I can’t wait to share it with you all. My favourite subjects to teach are maths, PE, Commando Jo and Music. We have some fabulous topics to learn about this year, which include finding about the first people who lived in Britain.
In my spare time I love to play football, spend time with my wife and two children: Artie and Ivy. I am also a supporter of Nottingham Forest! My favourite colour is blue and I love chocolate too!

WHISPER - Anonymous Reporting Tool
Sometimes it is really hard to tell an adult if you feel like you are being bullied. That is why we have subscribed to WHISPER. It is an anonymous reporting tool which allows you or your child to report any incidents of bullying and cyber bullying in confidence.
Click on the web link below to fill in a report. It will then be emailed to Miss Hughes (Online Safety Coordinator). Messages are checked as often as possible. In order to resolve issues effectively and promptly, please include your name. This will be kept in the strictest of confidence.
If you have any concerns or worries about your child regarding online safety and would like further advice, please contact Miss Hughes or Mr Lyons, the school's online safety co-ordinators or speak to Mrs Dainty, Headteacher.
