Build the Loch Ness Monster.
On Tuesday 12th January the children in Year 1 and 2, with their parents had a wonderful time using their imaginations and creativity to construct models of their image of the Loch Ness monster.
The hall was full of people and piles of boxes of every shape and size.
Working in teams, 8 models were built.
Everyone had a great deal of fun, worked well together and used their imaginations.
Mrs Menzies had to judge the top 3 models (which was very difficult) as they were all amazing.
After all of the hard work everyone enjoyed a Scottish shortbread biscuit, to replenish their energy.
Thank you to all of the parents who came to enjoy learning with their children.

Here are some comments from our parents.
'We've loved it, we're sweaty but it has been great fun.'
